Ocean Four in Sunny Isles Offers Stunning Direct Ocean Views
Long day today. I was out with a client looking at some 2 and 3 bedroom units in Sunny Isles Beach & Hollywood. Although we saw many nice units, nothing was as nice as the "01" at Ocean Four in Sunny Isles Beach.
Ocean Four is the last of the 4 "Ocean" buildings developed by Dezer Development in Sunny Isles Beach. It was completed in 2006. In Ocean Four, the "01" units are the only line that features direct ocean views, although many units offer partial ocean views. The "01" units are a 3 Bed, 3 Bath unit with 2,775 square feet. When you walk in the door, you land in the living room which offers floor to ceiling views of the ocean. On either side of the living room are large balconies. The master suite is spacious and takes up one entire side of the apartment. It has 2 closets and a master bath featuring a jacuzzi tub with ocean views and a large shower. The other 2 bedrooms sit on the opposite side of the apartment. Words don't do this unit any justice, take a look at the pics and video below.....
